Any domain names purchased with Create are registered for a two year period, if you wish to renew your domain name after this time to continue using it with your website you can do so easily in your Create account.

We will start sending you email notifications 90 days before your expiry date letting you know when your renewal is coming up, so you know you need to renew your domain name. But we also recommend that you make a note in your diary of your renewal date. 

To renew your domain name, simply follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Create account
2. Click on Account Icon in the Top Menu, and click "Site" in the Account Drop-Down. 
3. Click on "Manage Domain Names & Email"
4. Click on the "Renew" button for the domain name you would like to renew, as per below.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to make payment and complete the renewal

Please note, if you do not renew your domain name, your website will be taken offline and your domain will become available for general purchase across all domain providers.
