I'm getting an outdated browser warning in Internet Explorer

It is likely that you are seeing the "Outdated Browser" message because you currently have Internet Explorer's compatibility mode turned on.

This setting essentially reverts your browser to an earlier version of Internet Explorer so that you can view content that is designed for older web browsers.

Our system is designed to use the most up-to-date modern web standards and will therefore return the error message regarding an "Outdated Browser" if you either have compatibility mode turned on or you are using a version of Internet Explorer earlier than IE8.

If you would like to turn compatibility mode off please follow these instructions:

  1. Open "Internet Explorer" from your desktop
  2. Enter "https://www.create.net/" in the URL address bar
  3. When the page has loaded you should now see an icon that looks like a broken page in the URL address bar which will currently be blue , this means that compatibility mode is currently turned on
  4. Click this icon once to turn compatibility mode off. It should change to grey to signify the update

You browser should now be running as its most up-to-date version and you can log in to your Create account without a warning message being returned.

If your browser does not have this option for compatibility mode then it is possible you are running an outdated version of Internet Explorer.

You can update your browser to the latest version of Internet Explorer by visiting the following page and carrying out the steps in the instructions:
