If you receive an order through your Facebook shop we will send you an email and place the notification in your "Your Enquiries" area to let you know. This will look like the emails you receive when a customer orders through your Create website.

Please note: In order to link your Create Shop to your Facebook Business page, Facebook require that you have at least 2000 ‘likes’ / ‘fans' on your Facebook page. 

The order information will also appear in Order Management if you are on the Shop Builder, Shop Builder Pro and Shop Builder Advanced packages and will display if the order came through your Facebook Shop or your Create website.

Please note that products in the 'Adult Products and Services' industry category cannot be connected to a Facebook Shop.
