If you’re a Create Payments customer and need to contact WorldPay regarding your account, there are several different ways to do so.
Please note, that as a Create Payments customer, you do not have access to a WorldPay portal - all of the information is accessed from the Dashboard in your Create account.
When contacting WorldPay, please ensure that you have your Admin Code at the ready - this can be found on any correspondence you’ve had with WorldPay regarding your Create Payments application, or you can contact your Account Manager who will be able to find it for you.
Please be sure to include your Admin Code and ‘Create Payments’ in the subject of your email or mention it straight away when calling.
