Why can't you take my subscription payment over the phone?

Unfortunately we cannot take subscription payments over the phone, this is because of the secure way our subscriptions are dealt with by our payment partners WorldPay. All subscription payments must be made online.

When you activate your account we set up a Recurring Payment (FuturePay) agreement. This is an online arrangement similar to Standing Orders and Direct Debits, where funds are debited from your debit or credit card monthly or yearly based on your selection. 

Our payment processing partner WorldPay securely maintains all customer card information on our behalf so we never have access to your card information.

Please note all subscription payments are VAT inclusive. If you are VAT Exempt please do contact your Account Manager.
