Why are there no countries showing in the checkout drop down box?

If there are no countries in the drop down box when you visit your checkout screen you have not selected any countries you would like to post your products to.

To add countries you will need to go to the "Postage and Tax Configuration" screen.

To do this please follow the instructions below:

  1. Login to your Create account
  2. Click on "Shop" on the top menu
  3. Click on "Shop Settings" on the left-hand menu
  4. Click on "Postage & Tax"
  5. Next click the pencil icon next to "Home Country' and add the country you are in along with your postage rates for sending within that country

If you want to post your products to other countries you will also need to set up additional postage rules on this screen.
