How To Add Tawk.to Live Chat To Your Website

Connecting with your customers is becoming an increasingly important part of the online sales process. One of the best ways to be able to do this effectively is through a live chat feature on your website.

tawk.to is a great option that offers this functionality. Their widget is easy to set up on your Create site and allows you to respond to your customer’s questions instantly from your desktop, phone or tablet. 

You can also customise the colours and format of your widget to match the look of your website, as well as track your live chat statistics such as the volume of messages, response time and user satisfaction.

 

How To Obtain Your Live Chat Code

  1. Visit tawk.to’s website and create an account to get started
  2. When asked what product you’d like to set up, select Live Chat
  3. You’ll then have the opportunity to customise your widget, such as the colours and a custom logo
  4. Once you’re done, click Next and tawk.to will generate you some embed code that you’ll need to copy.

 

 

 

 

How To Add Your Live Chat Code To Your Website

  1. Back in your Create account, if you go to the Content area, you’ll need to select Integrations & HTML in the left-hand menu
  2. You should see the tawk.to option that you can select
  3. Paste your tawk.to embed code into the box provided
  4. Click Add Integration
  5. Lastly, you’ll just need to publish your site to make the widget live!
