Complete the 4-step process to set up your account.

Select "Content" on the Top Menu
Click "HTML fragments" from the left-hand menu
Click on the "New HTML Fragment" button at the top of the screen
Give the HTML Fragment a description for reference (e.g. Live Chat Widget)
Paste your HTML code from Tawk.to into the large "HTML Code" box
In the “Type” section, select the “manual” option
Click “Add HTML Fragment”
Click “Site Footer” from the left-hand menu
Add your HTML Fragment to the “Custom Footer Content” and click “Save Changes”
In your Tawk.to settings, you can customise the style, size, position and colours of the chat icon on your website. This helps you to develop your widget so that it matches your brand styling and helps it to stand out against any background you are using on your website. Here’s how to change your live chat widget:
Log into Tawk.to
Click “Settings” from the left-hand menu
Click “Widget Appearance” from the “Channels” section on the right-hand side.
Customise your widget using the options provided
All changes made to your widget in the Tawk.to dashboard will automatically take effect on your Create site without you needing to republish.
