If you would like to take advantage of extra features and upgrade your account level you can switch over to a different package within your Create account in just a few clicks!
Firstly, you will need to know what package to choose. Check out our 'Features and Pricing of Packages' page for details on each account type. We also have a really useful comparison area that clearly illustrates the differing features between each package - click here for more details.
Depending upon which package you select, and whether you are going to pay monthly or annually, you will be charged a different pro-rata amount. Save money instantly by choosing to subscribe annually!
Once you are ready to upgrade your Create account, log in and follow the steps below:
Select "Change my Account Level"
Click on the "Monthly-Annually" toggle to choose the payment scheme you wish to switch to
Click on your chosen package - this will then rise up from the others, you will then be redirected to your invoicing page
Double check your address for your invoicing details. If you wish to change this select "Change"
Click the yellow “Upgrade” button
You will then be taken to the “Thank You” screen and your account upgrade is complete!
Please note, if you were to sign up to a monthly package, then you would be charged on the day that you subscribed, and then the following month on the same date. For example, if you signed up on the 02/05.2014 then you would be charged on that date as well as on the 02/06/2014. The same principle applies if you were paying on an annual basis, but you will be charged for the year after. So for example if you signed up on the 02/05/2014 then you'd again be charged on the 02/05/2015. For details on cancelling your package please our HelpCentre guide 'Cancelling - Is there a Contract?'
If you are not sure of which package to switch to and would like some help you can always contact your Account Manager, and they can advise you further on what package best suits your needs.
Please note all subscription payments are VAT inclusive and so if you are VAT exempt please do contact your Account Manager who will then help you with changing your account level.
