To transfer away your com/.net/.org/.biz or .info domain name purchased through Create, you will need to have your domain name unlocked and give an "Authorisation Code" to your new provider who can then initiate a transfer.

To proceed with this, you will need to contact your Account Manager via the "Resources" area in your account, who will then be able to unlock the domain name and provide you with an Authorisation Code.

The whole transfer process will take around 7 days and there will usually be a charge from the incoming provider. 

Please note that any domain names registered or renewed within the last 60 days will not be legible for transfer. Once the 60 day period is complete, we will then be happy to release the domain name for you.
