How do I know when I have received an order through my shop?

When a customer places an order with your shop you will receive an email generated by Create which will include details about their order and their personal details. If they have paid through your online payment provider you will also receive an email from them which will confirm that they have paid.

Any orders you receive will also appear in your "Order Management" area if you have this facility switched on.
