How do I downgrade my account?

If you would like to switch your account over to a different package that's no problem at all!

All you need to do is contact your Account Manager with the account level you wish to move to. They can then take the appropriate steps to ensure you are on the right package for you.

If you are not quite sure which package you would like to move to why not take a look at our features page? Here you can see what each package includes, as well as the prices for each one.

Or, alternatively, you can always drop your Account Manager a message and they will happily guide you through choosing the right package for you!
