How do I add a digital product?

To sell a "Digital Product", such as an ebook, pdf document, music or video file in your online shop, you should follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your Create account
  2. Click on "Shop" from the top menu.
  3. In the left-hand menu of your "Shop" screen, click "Downloadables".
  4. This will take you to the "Downloadables Control Panel". To add a new downloadable product, click the "Add Downloadable" button.
  5. Upload your downloadable file by clicking the yellow "Browse" button and locate it on your computer.
  6. Fill in the product details of your downloadable item and click to "Add Product".

 

If you need to add a "Digital Product" to an existing shop product, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your Create account
  2. Click on "Shop" on the top menu
  3. Find the product you want to edit and click the "Edit" icon (pencil next to it)
  4. Click on the "Downloadable Product" tab
  5. You will need to upload the file by clicking the "Browse" button and locating the file on your computer
  6. Click Save Changes
 
This feature is available on the Shop Builder Advanced package and is available on request. To request this feature please get in touch with your Account Manager and they will be able to assist you further.
