Nikki Pepper is a business owner in her own right and has been supporting other business owners and organisations for more than a decade.
About Nikki
Nikki brings almost three decades of experience running her own retail business, adapting continually as the way customers shop has evolved.
For the past fourteen years, she has been heavily involved in a not-for-profit community-building organisation, where she facilitated networking events that brought together business owners and members of the local community. Her role also spanned marketing, operations, membership management, process development, and creating and maintaining websites, while supporting fellow members along the way.
Alongside this, Nikki has taken on a range of other projects, including a voluntary role as chairperson of a youth orchestra and helping to establish a business venture with colleagues.
She also has experience in personal guidance — sharing practical, business-related skills — and facilitating peer-to-peer mentoring groups.
Looking ahead, Nikki plans to begin a BSc (Hons) in Business and Marketing soon to build on the knowledge and experience she has gained so far.
