Who can become a Design Partner?
Our Design Partners come from a range of backgrounds, from experienced web designers and freelance creatives to agencies working with their own clients. We're looking for people with a passion for great design, a good understanding of websites and user experience, and a genuine desire to help businesses build their online presence. Familiarity with Create is helpful, but we're happy to help you get to know the platform.

Do I need to be an existing Create customer?
Not necessarily. We're happy to hear from designers who are new to Create as well as those who already use the platform for their own websites or client projects.
Do I need to be a professional web designer?
Nope! We're primarily looking for people with experience designing websites for clients and a good eye for design. If you're already offering web or graphic design services and are interested in working with Create, we'd love to hear from you.
Can I manage multiple client websites?
Absolutely. If you make sure to use the same email when first creating a client website, this will make managing multiple client projects as straightforward as possible, with a dedicated point of contact to help you when you need it.
Can my clients manage their own websites?
Yes. Create is designed to allow customers to manage their own websites, so you can hand over day-to-day management to your clients if that's how you prefer to work. We also provide video tutorials and resources that can help your clients get started.
Do you provide training?
We provide webinars, video tutorials and other resources to help you get familiar with the platform. You'll also have access to our Designer's Community, where you can share ideas and learn from other designers.
Can I recommend Create to my existing clients?
Of course. You'll receive a personalised discount code that you can share with your clients, and you'll also have the option to join our affiliate scheme.
Do Design Partners work for Create?
No. Design Partners are independent designers and businesses. You work directly with your own clients and remain responsible for your own services, pricing and client relationships. Create provides the platform, resources and support to help you deliver great websites.
