Hi, Adam here, one of the Account Managers at Create and responsible for putting together (along with Jack!) a lot of the help guides that hopefully help out our customers when they need some guidance.
I’ve been with Create for just over 4 years now which has flown by. I have a long history in customer service both in person and via support having worked in businesses of widely different sizes and scales. Customer service is always something that I’ve enjoyed and one of the things I like most about Create is working with our customers together, like a team and seeing the end results visualised on their website.
In my time away from the screen, I like to get outdoors as much as possible either on my bike or on foot and often spend my time trying to convince my children to go for a long walk with me, with a low success rate.
Create has a fantastic team of people behind it which I feel proud to be part of, but also we’re very lucky to have a wonderful and engaging customer audience that I get to build a great relationship with.
