Why haven't I received funds from Create Payments?

With Create Payments, once your account has been approved and activated, any funds you receive from your customers will be delivered to you in ‘batches’ and will show up as “Settlements” in your Create Payments dashboard.

You can access your Create Payments settlements by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your Create account.

  2. Click on Shop, in the top menu bar.

  3. Click on Shop Settings found in the left-hand menu.

  4. Click the “Payment Gateway” category.

  5. Click the Create Payments “View Dashboard” link located at the bottom of the screen.

  6. Click the “Settlements” tab to view your Create Payments settlements.

If you notice your settlements Total’s are displaying as “£0.00” in the Create Payments dashboard (as shown in the image below), this will likely be due to the bank details you provided WorldPay having not been verified.

For this situation, please contact WorldPay who provide Create Payments, to ensure they have the required details. You will need to reference that you are a Create Payments customer as well as your Create Payments Admin Code which you would have been provided once your account was approved. You can find also find the Admin Code on any email communications you’ve received from WorldPay.

If you’re unable to locate your Create Payments Admin Code, your Account Manager will be able to provide you with this.

Once WorldPay has the information they need, your Create Payments account will be updated and the past settlements will begin to be paid directly to your account.
