How to make Paypal orders go into order management

If you are using PayPal Standard as your payment gateway provider on your Create account, you will need to make sure that the email address in your Create "Payment Gateways" area match that of your PayPal primary email address.

If these do not match, you may find that some of your order notifications that your receive from PayPal do not appear in your Create Order Management.

To avoid this, we recommend updating the email address used with your PayPal Standard gateway within your Create account to match the primary email address in your PayPal account.

To double check what your PayPal primary email address is, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your PayPal account
  2. Select “Profile” from the main menu
  3. Choose “My details”

Here your primary PayPal email address is shown. You will need to ensure that the email address displayed here, is the same as the email address that is shown in your Create account "Payment Gateways" area.

To change the email address in your Create account "Payment Gateways" area to match your primary PayPal account please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your Create account and select “Shop” from the top-menu
  2. Click “Shop Settings” from the left-hand menu
  3. Select “Payment gateways”
  4. Select “Edit” next to PayPal Standard, the email address here needs to match your primary email address in PayPal
