Where can I see my customer orders?

When you receive an order through your Create shop we will send you a notification email containing the order information and customer details.

You will also see a copy of this notification when you login to your Create admin in the "Your Enquiries" area.

The order and customer details will also automatically appear in the Order Management system if you are on our Shop Builder, Shop Builder Pro or Shop Builder Advanced, where you can print off your packing slip and label, and keep the customer updated on the progress of their order.
