Integrating with a Third Party App

The Create API allows you to seamlessly integrate your Create shop with external software. It also enables you to take advantage of existing Apps that have been created.

This guide will explain how Apps work and how you can begin using them.

How do Apps work?

Apps are integrations that have been created by developers using our API. These Apps connect your site to various external softwares to streamline your day-to-day running and making your life easier.

Each App will work slightly differently, and all are dependent on being signed up for the software that is being integrated. However, one example might be using an Accounting App that automically stores orders made through your shop in order to make keeping track much easier.

How do I start using an App?

Available Apps will show up in the 'Connections' area of your Create account.

To add an App:

  1. Log into your Create Account
  2. Click 'Account' from the top menu
  3. Click on the 'Connections' section
  4. Click on the App you'd like to integrate with
  5. Click 'Continue'
  6. You will then be given an API token for the App which you will need to provide to the developer for them to add you to the App. This will also be visible on your Connections page for future reference.
  7. Click 'Continue' again to finalise the integration.

Apps are supported by the developers who created them and so they should always be your first point of contact for queries and questions. You can find this information here:
