Create Payments is Create’s very own secure payment gateway provider, powered by Worldpay, the UK’s leading payment provider.
There are a number of great ways in which Worldpay works with Create Payments. Read on to find out what these include.
Worldpay process all payments that come through your Create Payments account. As they are the UK’s leading payment provider, you can rest assured that your transactions are in good hands.
To start using Create Payments you will first need to sign up to the gateway.
In order for your application to process, there are a few key details you must have in place before we can submit the application to Worldpay. Not only will this help with your application but it will ensure your website is compliant with Distance Selling Laws.

Approval can take anywhere from a couple of hours to a week. If additional information is required, you will be contacted directly by Worldpay, who may need some extra information from you in order to process your application successfully.
Please do keep an eye out for emails from Worldpay and action on these to ensure your application goes through as quickly as possible. The sender email will be either "onlineapplications@worldpay.com" or "RSC_EcommBoardGhead@worldpay.com" with a title of:
“Create Payments in association with Worldpay - Further Information Required”
or
"Create Payments in association with Worldpay - Bank Confirmation Required".
