Can I have email at my domain name?

When you register a domain name with Create you can set up email forwarding. This enables you to forward emails from your domain name to an email address you have set up with a 3rd party client, such as Outlook or Gmail.

You can setup up to 5 specific email addresses which can forward to different email addresses or the same one. For example, you could have info@yourdomainname.co.uk being forwarded to yourbusinessname@outlook.com.

To set up email forwarding please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your Create account
  2. Click on the Account icon on the top menu.
  3. Click on "Manage Domain Names & Email" under the "Site" tab.
  4. Click on the "Email Settings" icon (envelope) next to the domain name.
  5. Enter the email alias you'd like to set up in the box next to @yourdomain.co.uk, for example: john, info or sales
  6. Enter the email address you'd like the alias to forward to in the box next to "forwards to"
  7. Click the "Save Changes" button in the bottom right corner

NOTE: Please allow approximately 10 minutes for the changes to take effect.
