This is likely to have occurred because you have uploaded a PNG that has gone through our image optimiser. The optimiser re-saves the file as a JPEG which does not allow transparent backgrounds.

Please ensure that you upload your custom banner at the correct dimensions, 150 X 150 pixels and within the 100kb file size. Your PNG will then maintain its transparency.
