How do I change my email address?

You can update the email address linked to your Create account at any time. 

To do this please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your Create account.
  2. Click on the Account Drop-Down in the Top Menu and choose 'Account' from the Account Drop-Down. 
  3. Click on "Update Your Information"

There are a number of other places in your Create account where your email address maybe used which you might also want to update.

The email address that is used on your site for customer enquiries, eg. Contact Us forms, can be changed by completing the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Create account.
  2. Click on "Content" on the Top Menu.
  3. Click "Site Information" in the left-hand menu.
  4. Click on the "Contact Details" tab.
  5. Enter your address into the "Email Address" field .
  6. Click "Save Changes" to confirm.

If you have set up Custom Forms on the website which use alternative email addresses you can update these by editing your Custom Forms.
