We like to drag ourselves out of the office every once in a while, and so when the weather was recently decidedly reasonable we set off to Hawthbush Farm in East Sussex for a lovely team-building day in the sun.

No rafts were built, no hearts were laid bare, no wacky hijinks were had and there were no hilarious consequences, but we all had a terrific day talking about Create and working on visualising and building our future.

These sorts of days are very good for us individually, good for the company and good for our customers too. Taking a look at the company and the software we build from a new perspective allows us to think about our working processes and ensure that we're always doing the very utmost we can for our customers.
