New Feature - Sell on Facebook, with new Create Shop Integration!

Want new ways to make more sales? Look no further than our newest BETA feature release - Facebook Shop!
This brilliant and useful development gives you the chance to list your Create shop products on the internet giant that is Facebook!
With over 800 million active users, your products can now be viewed by loads of potential new customers.
In order to use this feature, you will need to have a Facebook page for your business.
If you have not yet got a Facebook page for your business, you can create one by going to www.facebook.com and clicking the "Create a Page" link underneath the green "Sign Up" button.
You will then need to log in to your Create account, visit your "Shop" screen and choose "Product Promotion" from the left hand menu, then select the "Facebook Shop" tab. You can list your products by logging in to your Facebook account from this page, then clicking to "Add Shop".

I think this is great and have added it to Facebook, however the product photos are not showing on Facebook - how do I correct this?

Hi, I've added the facebook shop but as yet there are no images showing. Can you help please?

Hi Guys,
There is a short delay while images are sent to your Facebook shop, please allow around 10 minutes for this to take effect.
If you still have no images can you drop an email to your Account Manager, or post on the BETA Thread in the Community and someone will be able to check this out for you.

This is a very good idea. I had added this. It is so easy to do. It is nice to have the website linked to facebook and people can then buy from there too.

Can you try republishing your Create website and this should fix the problem and display your Facebook Shop :)

Hi Gavin,
Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to dictate which products will be shown there. What is on your website will be synced to your Facebook shop. I'll add it to our list for a possible feature of V2 :)

have just noticed that when i try to look at further information ther is no product image, also should there be images of the variations such as colours if i have these on my create site ???

Have left some comments foe help, don't know if anyone works weekends, But my product info and picturs don't show up, I have looked at some other create users who seem to work ok, Am I doing something wrong ???

Hi Rebecca,
The error message was stating that I could not list the shop and products onto facebook!!! This has happened several times now and its very frustrating, can you please advise how to set this up.

Hi Amanda,
When I look in your account on the Product Promotion page for Facebook, I see the following error message:
You haven't published your site recently. Please click here to publish your site first.
Could you try publishing your site again as per the error message and then try adding the Facebook shop again on this page :)

Ive got the shop operational, but none of the photos for my products or categories are appearing ? Have I missed something out, or need to flick a switch somewhere ?
