It's been a great couple of months in the Create Customer Services team, especially with the sun coming out to play! From new members joining to old members coming back, it's certainly been busy on our desk!
First of all we have two new Customer Support team members joining, so you'll notice some new faces on Create's 'Who We Are' page. Bukky and Chris both joined as new Account Managers in April and have settled in straight away, bringing new life and laughter to the team.

Alison Hammond designs and sells bohemian jewellery, clothing and accessories, trading online through her website and shop Lockie & Lulu. Today Alison tells us all about her business in the eighth of our customers' Create Stories. (Check out the end of this post to find out about today's fabulous freebie!)
Hi Alison, tell us a bit about Lockie & Lulu.
It's an online store I run to sell my own bohemian style clothing and jewellery pieces. I mostly work with beads to create my jewellery as I love how versatile they can be. They always look great added to bracelets, necklaces and earrings.
My clothing line is fairly new to my business but I am enjoying the freedom it gives me to experiment with different shapes and fabrics. I'm currently designing dresses for my summer collection which will follow on from a number of kimonos I made for Spring.

Although the New Year brought some snowy surprises, January and February have been productive months for the Customer Services Team. A little bit of snow couldn’t stop us testing a few new features and getting involved with some promotional ideas for helping others reach their New Year resolutions, even if we did find time to throw a few snowballs!
New Year's resolutions were on everyone’s minds in January and we were really excited to introduce Create Action: our campaign to get people to take positive action in the New Year, be that starting your own business or eating more healthily.

It's funny how Hallowe'en creeps up on you every year, but for one week only www.create.net has transformed into one of the grisliest BooRLs on the World Wide Cobweb!
For the scary season www.create.net has developed an eerily interactive new skin, complete with gruesome, glowing eyes and ghoulish groans.

With office trips, teaching workshops and a growing pile of help guides it's been a busy month again for the Customer Services team, but it's been a great month indeed.
Lauren has spent a few days out of the office this month, out and about here and there! Firstly she enjoyed a great day at Brighton SEO, listening to talks on the ever-changing SEO world and playing a few games along the way. Following on from the event, Lauren and Lindsay worked on some great new guides on SEO that are sure to help everyone.

As some of you may know we said goodbye to Harry, one of our Customer Account Managers on Friday.
Harry is returning to his hometown of Jersey and then going on to university in September to study Music Management. We're very sad to see him go, but wish him the best of luck for the future.
